The New Zealand Swimming Pool regulations require that all public pools comply with certain requirements when it comes to the levels of chlorine, pH and the presence of high levels of harmful bacteria and other unwanted substances in swimming waters.

Public & Private Swimming Pools

At WTHB we regularly receive and collect water samples from public and private swimming pools, spa pools, and pools at gym complexes and motels. We provide certainty and peace-of-mind to pool-owners telling them what's in their pool water and if it contains certain chemicals, pathogens or other material so they're fully informed and in a position to take next steps of action.

*Please note: We are not water consultants. We collect water samples, conduct laboratory testing, and provide reports with analysis that defines what's in water samples. However, it is up to our clients to decide what to do with these findings as the reporting of opinion and interpretation is outside of the scope of our IANZ accreditation. We are able to refer clients onto consultants for advice and solutions but we do not offer those services ourselves.
